We are the master agency for the Strategic Insurance Agency Alliance (SIAA) representing Wisconsin, Minnesota and the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. We were created so the independent agent could remain independent and be able to compete with the larger agencies and the captive or new agent could enter the independent world and have access to the markets needed to compete and win.

SIA of the Great Lakes, LLC, a SIAA master agency operating in Wisconsin, Minnesota and the Upper Peninsula of Michigan, was established in 2000 by Bayland Insurance Group, Inc. of Green Bay, WI. As one of the largest master agencies in the nation, we are a mentoring organization providing direct access to carriers, higher commission, bonuses, contingencies and overrides.
Bayland Insurance Group, Inc. was founded in 1992 by Thomas Harrison and Ronald Marler. In 2009, Bayland Insurance merged with Eclipse Insurance in Green Bay, WI to form Alliance Insurance Centers, LLC, a $27 million agency. Alliance Insurance Centers, LLC offers a full line of insurance products including commercial and personal property and casualty insurance, life and health insurance and financial services.
